HOW IT WORKS & FAQ

BOOK

Browse through our collection of designer & boutique garments until you find the perfect one for your event. Select 3 days prior to the date of your event and proceed to checkout.

PICK UP & DROP OFF

Please select 'Pickup' when booking your rental.

You will be provided an address to Davidson Avenue. You will be able to collect from Wednesday-Friday

Drop-off occurs at the same address, returned before 5pm Monday

Drop box will be an option for Sunday returns

SHIPPING

Here at SLAY we understand the importance of reliable shipping for our customers. That's why we have chosen NZ Post as our trusted shipping partner. Our aim is to have your garment shipped 1-3 days prior to your event, accompanied by a tracking number sent via email.

RETURNS

If you've chosen shipping for delivery, a pre-paid return bag will be included with your rental. You'll be expected to return garment the next business working day following your event. Just drop off the return bag at your local post office.
